• Smoking is not allowed inside, only outside
• Check-in time: from 4pm to 8pm

Villa Margherita understands that travel plans can change and, for this reason, we want to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure efficient management of our bookings, we apply the following cancellation policy. Please read the following terms carefully:

1. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: If the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, we will refund the full amount of the deposits received up to that date.

2. Cancellation within 15 days of arrival date: In the event that the reservation is cancelled between 30 and 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the deposits received up to that date will be refunded.

3. Cancellation within 15 days of arrival date: We are sorry, but if the reservation is cancelled within 15 days of the scheduled arrival date, we will not be able to provide any refund of the deposits already paid.

Additional Conditions:

• Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to booking@villamargheritaportese.it or through the contact form on our website.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the reservation, within a number of working days that will be communicated at the time of cancellation confirmation.
• Villa Margherita reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Confirmed bookings will be honored according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
